What can I say that is positive about our stay at the Jupiter hotel, Absolutely NOTHING, our room was outdated, and the bathroom dirty, we had a single bed along side our double bed that we didn’t ask for, and you keep banging your legs on the awful metal frame it looks like it was brought in the 1960’s, if we had a child there would be no way we’d put them in it, Looked like an old fashioned hospital bed, we had a TV in the room and couldn’t watch it because it kept saying bad reception from the Ariel, so kept pixelating, the Maintenance guy came and never even looked at it, just said there’s nothing he could do, it’s the area they were in, What’s the point in having a TV in a room you can’t watch, The shower I wouldn’t allow my dog to use it, it was filthy, this is why I’ve taken the photo’s, for the money you pay for the rooms the standards should be higher, but to be honest the staff member on reception was as bad as the hotel so our expectations were low before we got to our room, Breakfast well basic isn’t the word for it, The cheese was hard and dry around the edges and looked like it had been out for a week, and not much variety in cereals either, when we got back to our room, we found our toilet was leaking, we had a shower and black sludge came up from the plug hole, that was the THE FINAL STRAW for us, P.s don’t even bother trying to get on the internet it’s a total waste of time, when you finally log in, it’s like not have any in the first place,

Great location. Bathroom had everything needed. Luxury toiletries. Continental breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay.

Better than expected

Booking in prompt and efficient. Room and bathroom clean. Plenty of fresh towels. Continental breakfast adequate. Bar OK but really limited to bottled. Overall decoration of hotel not bad but looks very tired in places.

Booked through hotels.com for 2 x rooms and paid in full on booking for both. Ended up having to pay again as payment was held as pending - eventually resolved and one room refunded although still not showing in my account. No gluten free options so breakfast of cheese and ham. Hôtel very dated and oddly set out. Staff not particularly present. On the plus side - it’s cheap
