A very warm welcome and all staff very pleasant and helpful. Bedroom very tired. Carpet threadbear in some areas, wardrobe side. Generally very dusty, alongside fridge and that cupboard in general. However , enjoyed our stay and will return if in the area.

Historic House offers luxury experience
Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe staff at Wood Hall are great. Very friendly, helpful, attentive & kind. Our room was comfortable, but not the best we've ever stayed in. Remember the mansion was built a long time ago, so renovations have to work within historic building protections. Whether breakfast or dinner, the dining experience is lovely.
