I’ve never experienced rudeness, unprofessionalism and lack of customer service at this level, and especially for a hotel. Definitely won’t be returning, and will be sharing experience with friends, family and colleagues.

Stay at Oatlands Park Hotel Weybridge
This hotel is in a beautiful part of Surrey, our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were in 3019 which didn’t have a window view due to obscured glass which was a shame but as we only stayed one night it didn’t bother us. Our only other observation which we thought was odd was the mirror in the bathroom was much to high - I am 5ft 5in and could only see the top of my head. Apart from that our stay was pleasant .

I've been there for 2 nights on a working trip - booked last minute. The hotel has quite of history and the outside looks very posh. Howeaver inside you'll notice it clearly needs some renovation. At least my room was a bit poor on maintenance and cleaning levels (considering how the hotel sells itself).

We always stay at Oatlands whenever we are in the area. Highly recommend their restaurant for romantic dinner or group celebration. Staff are cheerful & helpful.

Jättebra hotell!
Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse på Oatlands Park. Personalen var vänliga och omhändertagande. Rummet var väldigt fint och det var inga problem att få plats två vuxna och ett barn. Maten och personalen i baren och restaurangen var väldigt trevliga! Kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Favourite Hotel in the area
Another lovely stay at Oatlands Park. Very well looked after as always. Hotel was very busy due to an event, so was not quite so relaxed as previous stays, but staff were excellent. Bed was a bit more squishy than usual, was a bit like sleeping on a trampoline (!) but we had a nice view out the back of the hotel over the water. Despite these little niggles, it's still the only place we want to stay when in Weybridge.
