Excellent host, very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, lovely breakfast and room with view looking over the harbour, thank you so much, will definitely be back.

Fewer breakfast choices, prefer individual boxed cereals;
Good full English but need to text choices night before

Disabled access not good stairs only one hand rail on one side only stayed one night not three due to access problems streets all closed due to ironman race no notice given or would not have booked

Room was lovely. Nicely decorated. Toilet not flushing well but it's not a huge issue.
Shaun was pleasant and very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and well presented. A lovely place and will be back soon to stay again....

The room was very clean, with everything we needed and if it was not in the room, the owner did his best to accommodate.
Breakfast was of a good choice, full English to just cereal and toast.
Our overall experience was brilliant.

O water in room every day . Coffee and milk not topped up every day . Hot tap constantly running . And 7 flights of stairs to climb to the top rooms .

Hi Stephen, thank you for your feedback and thank you for staying at the Seascape guesthouse. It is very much appreciated. As you know, I run the Seascape single handed. I do advise guest to let me know if there is anything they need or if there are any issues that need addressing. I would have tackled these issues instantly if I had known about them. However, I did not see you at all throughout your visit and was unaware there was any problems. Saying that, I have taken your feedback on board and will insure this does not happen in the future. The owner was very supportive and understanding. Wifi was not good on top floor. Water pressure in shower poor

Hi Dionne, thank you so much for your feedback and thank you for choosing the Seascape guesthouse for your stay. As you know, this is a very old grade two listed, building and sometimes there can be pressure issue with the top floor. I am looking into rectifying this and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
