Nice property except: bright motion sensing light in room would come on if someone went to use toilet. Very annoying. Nice breakfast offering except cold. Coffee wasn’t cold though it was warm. I think their rates are high considering where they are and what they are.

All was good except the initial contact at the hotel. The associate was cold and not friendly.

The beds and rooms were very cleaning but it sucked that when we got there they told us the hot tub was down and the pool was open but that was a lie it wasn't open

Thank you for your review as we take pride in our motel. I am sorry that the hot tub was down at the time of your stay but it is under maintenance at this time and should be up and running very soon.

We loved our room with the bunk beds!!! The cookies were such a sweet welcome! They staff was so friendly and looked for ways to be helpful! It was a great experience - thank you!!!

They charged my Capitol One card $326 for my stay, after I paid with Expedia. Staff refused to admit error, said it was “my banks” fault. $217 of that charge has been reversed, $108.56 remains on my card in error. Unacceptable by staff at Heartland Inn .
