Needs lots of work!
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis place is not maintained or very clean at all. Air conditioning didn’t work in first room, second room was dirty. The overall maintenance of the. Building is terrible.

Not worth it
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HotelsCame in the middle of the night and front desk worker seemed to be sleeping in the back. When I gave her my name she said she couldn't check us in because she already completed night audit, mind you it was 2:30 am. She told me I was going to have to pay for a room again because I booked through a third party. There were bugs dead and alive throughout the lobby. I had to argue with her that even Though she completed her shift work early, I was still entitled to check in which she replied, giving me the options on her screen for my reservation. After several minutes, she gave me keys without saying much of anything; she never once asked for my ID or any info to confirm my reservation. Room was OK, but the pullout couch was broken and dirty.

good eveningI do apologize for the bed. that is the reason they are not listed as sofa sleepers and just a couch. i also apologize that your reservation was a no show. our night audit is ran at 2 am and if there would of been some communication on the time you would be arriving then she could of possibly done something different.
