Ok for the price

But, the bed was comfortable and clean, the location is quiet, the heater worked well, and plenty of hot water

The Worst experience ever
Publié le 7 nov. 2023 sur HotelsThis place is horrible and unsafe. I made a trip to Pampa and because it was in hotels.com I gave it a try. I drove there to find out there was no one ( NO EMPLOYEES ) to check me in and the parking lot was completely dark with on light and I felt unsafe and scary. Please keep in mind that I arrived at the property before 7 PM so there is no reason why a person should not be there. Instead was a empty and locked hotel. I drove back to Pampa and stayed at the Best Western Hotel as a walk in. I already contacted hotels.com and requested a refund and this place was not even allowing me to have a refund. Thanks hotels.com for your help. This place is not good and it should not be listed at Hotels.com. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE . To the owner at this place: Make sure you have people working when guests arrived and also turn on the lights because is sure not safe the way you are running the property.
