Nice Hot tub, Terrible Mattress
The property was very nice and clean. When we arrived on the first day the Hot Tub was reading a temperature of 54F. The issue was rapidly resolved and we were able to enjoy the very private hot tub by the second night of our stay, which was great considering how stiff we were from the extremely uncomfortable mattress. The location is fantastic and the condo was very quiet at night.

It was a great, well relaxed two nights. Spent majority of the time in the hot tub. I loved that it was super private from neighbours. The one thing I'd have to mention is the bed is very uncomfortable and if you're local bring your own pillow(s).

Walking distance to Village
My friends, my husband and I were both celebrating our wedding anniversaries and booked a little getaway from the kids. The location is great-walking distance to the village and restaurants. The place is lovely and we really enjoyed the private hot tub. Sofa bed was very comfortable. The neighbours did get a bit noisy but we didn’t mind. With the windows closed it keeps the noise out pretty well. Communication was prompt and friendly, and we would definitely return for another stay! The guestbook has some hilarious entries too, but probably not suitable for the kids to read :)

In need of updates
This property is nicely located backing on the green belt. However, if you are looking for a ski in ski out access this is not the place. The place itself is not maintened well. It needs to be painted, bathroom looks older, rusted around the bathtub. Unpleasant surprise was there was no enough toilet paper, no coffee filters, no wine opener. In addition, this place is advertised for 4 people, that is not correct in our experience. There are only 3 chairs at the little dining table. Also, there was a man who came to fix the hot tub, but nobody told us that he would be coming. We expected the owner to tell us about that. Overall, if some of these issues mentioned above get addressed, it would make a more comfortable place to stay..

Great spot close to upper village
We really enjoyed our stay at this spot. It's really close to upper village, just a short 7 minute walk. Property kept fairly clean, I would have liked to see less dust on a lot of surfaces, but besides that, it's well kept for a rental property. The private hot tub off the master bedroom is pretty unique and cool. Would recommend a more comfortable bed and a king size, but we made due. Would definitely return to this property.

Not good for a quiet getaway
The property is in a nice location close to Whistler Upper Village but age of the condo is starting to show and the unit was not dusted or as clean as we expected during COVID. That in itself would have been ok to overlook but we expected a nice, quiet getaway from home (as the rules for renting are very explicit about quiet hours after 10pm). We did not sleep well for 2 of the 3 nights due to loud partying all night (until 5am both nights from the next door unit). We called the provided security number to complain but nothing changed. We also talked to some people leaving the party who said they would let them know and that didn't do anything either. We actually left NEEDING more rest once we got home than when we left for our vacation. Would not recommend for families or those looking for a quiet experience with nature!

Ian was a great host and was prompt in replying to correspondence. The townhouse was well equipped and everything was very stocked for the days spent there (pods for washing machine and dishwasher, new sponge and dish soap, extra toiletries under the bathroom sink). Awesome location, close to the village and having the parking pass was super convenient!

Pro’s Private hot tub on the second floor patio adjoining the bedroom was private & peaceful Location was awesome, across the street from the North Village entrance but in a lovely complex surrounded by trees Excellent customer service, we had a minor issue which was addressed within a few minutes by the host in person! Good size place! Con’s A little bit dated, in need of some minor repairs (bathtub jets were broken, peeling paint) Missing some modern/basic touches (ice tray, a Bluetooth speaker would be nice) Just a note that this is not a very accessible unit for older adults, there are a ton of stairs from the parkade and then up to the unit itself

Close walk to village!
We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great! We didn’t have to use the car all week, it’s across the street from the north end of main village. The private hot tub is a huge plus! It’s on the second story not facing any other townhomes/streets versus many of the other units with tubs very out the in open. Overall a good stay. Could be upgraded by providing some basic toiletries like shampoo/conditioner and the bed was a bit squeaky but not terrible. Had a washer dryer in unit, detergent was nearly empty so we had enough for one load. We had one question During our stay and the owners responded promptly which was much appreciated.
