We stayed for four nights and saw a number of staff during different shifts. They were all great, probably the best part of our experience. Room cleaning appeared to be rushed and we had to constantly ask for towels. Be aware that cell reception and wifi coverage isn't very good in Whistler. TV is pretty useless in the rooms.

Very good stay. Two small issues. The drain in the shower was slow / clogged and when housekeeping cleaned our room they forgot to replace our shower curtain. Other than that staff were very good and the location is great.

Our second stay at this property, its location is quiet yet only a 5 minute walk and you are in the heart of Whistler village …secure parking is available, as is storage for your bike/skis Staff are so friendly, and any request we had was addressed immediately We will stay again

Helpful and friendly staff. Received a complimentary upgrade to a suite in the west wing. Wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary, thank you! Quiet and safe area and easily walkable to all of Whistler Village and its great restaurants and cafes. Trails, lifts, and free village shuttle are also easily accessed. Underground parking a plus though the spots are a tight squeeze.
