Apart from the great central location, this unit offers a W/D in the suite for your convenience, 58" and 43" smart TV in the living room and master bedroom, private balcony, access to hot tub, gym and 1 free underground parking.
The bedding consists of a king in the master bedroom, 2 Twins in the second and 2 pullout sofabeds (Queen and twin) in the living area.The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to enjoy.
We use a professional cleaning company to maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
You get the best of all worlds!




**Noise:
Please note that being at the centre of everything, we face onto the Village Stroll so there can be occasional noise. It is suited to people who want to be at the center of things.

We welcome responsible adults that will respect our property and it's neighbours. Guests will be required to be verified at check-in by presenting government issued ID.

We have strict rules of:
- NO DRUGS and SMOKING in the suite.
- No pets.
- No parties or excessive noise. (Quiet hour: 10pm-8am)
- Remove outdoor shoes to avoid damage to the floor
- Waxing is prohibited inside the building.

To ensure a quality stay for all guests, kindly follow all house policies. Violation of house policy could result in fines or replacement, repair fees.
