Beau séjour familial à Whistler
Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayTrès bien situé et assez bien équipé pour une famille (jouets, chaise haute, lit de bébé). Il nous manquait par contre des linges de cuisine et une des douches manquait de débit. Le spa était très bien entretenu.

Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayEntering place is a wow! Hot tub great! Small deficiencies-no garage bags or paper towel. The main bathroom shower head needs replacing - water from hose sprays down pipping so less water can reach shower head.
The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, lovely glass wear, pots and pans. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Needs major updating

Upper bunkbed has no ladder; 1 and 1/8 roll of toilet paper between 2 bathrooms - no paper towels - advised more would be delivered by 11:00 am the next day; washing machine in need of repair; very limited functional bathroom necessities; broken cover on electrical outlet in living room which would be a safety hazard for children. In general, this unit needs lots of TLC.

Our cleaners did neglect to leave additional spare toilet rolls in the bathrooms. You notified me of this in the late evening and we had additional roles provided the next morning.
Our bunk bed has an integrated ladder within the bed frame, it isn’t a separate moveable ladder. This is a common bunkbed style found in many Whistler rentals due to the tight spaces. I will update our listing to explicitly state this fact for future guests.
Thank you for letting me know about the washing machine and broken electrical cover. Repair staff is onsite today to assess these items and repair as needed.
Our unit is stocked with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom for guest use during their stay as indicated in our listing.
Our listing does indicate that there is no elevator and that our unit has stairs. For future bookings, it’s a good idea to reach out to the host before booking to confirm the unit will meet the accessibility needs of your party.
