Nice hotel but room was small

Rooms are small for what you pay for. Internet was spotty and made things like watching Netflix while chilling difficult.

The property is in a nice location but on the outskirts of the village. The attached restaurant is very good and the bike rental shop helpful as well. Staff was very accommodating and helpful but the building could use some work - jacuzzis were not working during our stay.

I am a fan of Marriott and have gold status with it. This time I booked through Expedia due to a better deal with Amex. Delta hotel Whistler has been a good experience prior to this however my current stay it was sub par. 1. Reception was rude and wasn’t living up to Marriotts value of service. 2. The hygiene was poor, I took a tea pot out of kitchen cabinet and it had leftover tea from previous guests. 3. Bell boy and housekeeping staff were nice and only good thing about the service this time. Hopefully next time is not the same as this experience otherwise I’ll have to find another place to be regular at while in Whistler

The staff when I checked in was extremely rude and continued to give me a very hard time why I didn’t let them know I had a dog coming. I told her I called and was on hold for over an hour and no one picks up the phone. It will be the last time I come and stay at the delta whistler. The room blindes at stains in them and a hole in them. Even when I booked this we put down we were here for my birthday when booking and nothing mentioned at it checking in except just talking to me in a manner no one should be talked to.

Hotel overall is nice. 2 things - sofa bed the sheets are dirty. We are in 2 bedrooms suite. Both of the rooms, the outlet on the side table is not working.
