The elevator has been out of service for a long time before we arrived. This should have been clearly communicated before arrival so people can plan accordingly. Too bad we learned the hard way. Other than that, it has been great.

I used to love staying here but we had a suite - not very clean on the fourth floor and elevator was broken. It was brutal. On top of that every door required a very long door code to enter so you’re carrying a ton of gear and have to juggle while entering a 10 digit code! Could you make it any harder for your guests? No longer a fan.

Overall property is good for winter sports lovers. Large units with all necessary amenities. Elevator was not working and made the experience a bit challenging upon arrival and departure. Parking slots are very narrow, but nice to have indoor garage. Good stay overall but the elevator needs to be fixed.

Wonderful place, suites are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working and we were not informed beforehand. We had a lot to carry up 4 flights of stairs, would have not brought that much had we known.....

Definitely staying here again. Usually stay at the hotels in the village but we really enjoyed the bigger room, pool and hot tub, quiet neighbourhood and still only a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Good value too.

Small gem of a place. Overall everything was great, easy online check in, liked the location just a little out of the main area. There were a few small things that couldn't be controlled, the hot tub broke, there was a very loud group that was up until 2-3AM the two nights we were there and these things definitely colored our experience.
