Great place to stay, close to Lost Lake trails and beach area. Balcony was nice, stays dry when raining. Parking was $25 a night for underground, or can find free parking on a nearby street (summer only). Had to take garbage away or pay a housekeeping fee (ridiculous rule). Overall was a good stay

I think the statement in their name - premier - is maybe just a little misleading and over exaggerated, expected just a little more PREMIER at this property. Checking in at a different location and finding it was a bit of a challenge; considering they actually have someone at the front desk at the Lost Lake Lodge building...why not just have guests check-in on site. Although the unit is well equipped, our first impression was not wow. The unit and furniture feels just too used and old, you kinda feel you just don't want sit down and enjoy it. The photos of the patio furniture looks impressive and looked rather attractive, but as a matter of fact it is rather rundown and not very inviting. Then our first night we were woken up every two hours by a alarm on the fridge, still not sure how but was able to silence it pressing various buttons...but it would still go off and wake us up after 2hrs or so. Also maybe worth mentioning is the King bed is way too firm, after been woken by the fridge alarm found it hard (pun intended) to fall asleep again. The stay was okay and we made the best of it, maybe just expected a little more PREMIER

More things needed in the kitchen. No big bowls. That’s my only real complaint.
