SUMMARY

Mountain Star #14 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome with excellent mountain access, and expansive views of Rainbow Mountain. Relax in 1550 sq. ft. of luxury above the crowds at the highest residential point on Blackcomb Mountain. Walk just 200 metres to the slopes of Blackcomb and you can ski out to the new Blackcomb Gondola and be ready to start your ski day. End your day by taking the Lower Cruiser green run to within 20 feet of your front door (weather permitting) and take a soak in the private outdoor hot tub. If you're not skiing, the free shuttle runs all year long every 15 mins until 1 AM and stops right in front of the complex. It's a short 3-5 minute ride to all the shops, restaurants and amenities in the village!

The entry level of the home offers a spacious foyer with plenty of space for equipment storage, private ski locker and two guest bedrooms. The first features a double bunk bed, and the second features a Queen sized bed with access to a patio where your private hot tub awaits you. On this floor you also have a full bath which features heated tile flooring and a glass enclosed shower with double rainfall shower heads.

The open concept floor plan on the second level is spacious and bright, complimented by wood floors, a stunning custom-built stone gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a large L shaped couch to nestle up on around the fire. Furnishings have all recently been updated and the living area is equipped with all of the modern conveniences including apple TV. The kitchen features heated tile flooring and new stainless steal appliances including an espresso machine! This floor also has a balcony where you can BBQ while enjoying spectacular mountain views. At the property, there is 1 portable AC.

The primary bedroom located on the third level offers a luxurious king sized bed, flat screen TV, and a 4 piece en-suite with bath and shower. On this level you also have your in-suite laundry.

BOOKING DETAILS

The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.
For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee is automatically applied to all payments.
