Publié le 20 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayPlace was nice, ski locker area confusing,not sure where to put skis. The code system to get in pool and ski locker is ridiculously long and a pain in the ass no need to be that long.

Currently, the codes are system-generated, and we have limited control over their length. Beautiful place/ communication during stay needs work
Publié le 3 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe place is beautiful, clean and all the amenities are provided. Be careful at the pool, my Fitbit was stolen from the table. Slight problem with door codes and late checkout request.

Hi Amanjot, thank you for leaving us your feedback. We are glad that you liked the place. We are sorry about the park code- it appeared that there was a system error at that time causing for codes not to work. But for the late check out request, we have no control over that as our cleaning team is the one that can confirm if they may allow an extension. This is also not something that we can just approve as this is just a privilege that is provided when there is a chance. Nevertheless, we thank you for being great guests . Take care and be safe!

We enjoyed our stay very much and will likely look to book again next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful place to make memories with our children and grandchildren!

Weeklong Getaway
Publié le 13 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayA few friends and myself had the opportunity to stay here for a week during the ski season. A bit of a tight fit for 8 in the living room but plenty of seating. Kitchen had with plenty of supplies for group of 8, highlight was the skiing. Creekside is the smaller base area which generally meant shorter lines and a little less noise.
