Manque de servive

Expérience un peu décevante - arrivee de Vancouver vers 21 h avec la navette qui me dépose au Aspen . La j apprend par la réceptionniste que je dois faire mon Check a Blackcomb Lodge , elle ne gère pas mon unité de condo, n a pas la cle. Elle ne peut rien faire . La navettes aquitte . Je dois donc prendre un taxi, payer 20 $ aller et retour pour aller chercher ma cle . Je constate ensuite que l infor nation du Check in au Blackcomb Lodge est bien mentionnée sur la feuille de hôtel.com . Cependant je n comprends pas que le Blackcomb Lodge ne puisse pas deposer les Cles au ASpen . En plus on médit que si ma carte démagnetise , je dois retourner a Blackcomb Lodge a 20mn a pied pour remagnetiser celle ci. D faite Apres un spa a 21h45 , la carte ne fonctionne pas . Là receptionniste appelle le Blackcomb Lodge parce que ca n a pas dé sens que j y ai aillé en pleine nuit en maillot . Normalement , habille , il me demandait de ne rendre à leur réception. Vu ma situation, ils envoient quelqu un pour m. Ouvrir etre redonner des Cles. !!!!ouf ! Le même soir , un ami qui quitte le lendemain a 4 h du matin , demande sa paire de ski qui est dans le locker ( service de valet ) . Personne , ni la directrice en service , n'est capable de contacter la compagnie qui gère les locations e ce service de valet ski.....de la semaine, aucun service de menag en a été fait . Il fallait le demander ... Au Blackcomb Lodge . Juste une accumulation de complication et de non service.

Check in via remote was a total pain. The lady on the phone was polite, that kept me going despite my frustration... email said i could abort registration and do it at front desk, which i was told by phone not possible. Also no idea where site was until registere via phone. I do not like how check in was at all, all else was passable, parking should be included...

The water was a bit murky out of the tap. Very clean and good location.

Old place with old furniture but did the job for a couple nights.

Great location to blackcomb ski in ski out

Here for a couples weekend in late September great location for the blackcomb gondola 150m away close to whistler village approximately 400 Very comfortable accommodations but the pools and Jacuzzis were the absolute best Downside. Couldn't find the parking access code very easily and the access codes to public areas was a pain but dont let that dtop you
