Thanks for letting us know about the outlets. We were not informed about anything not working during your stay and have no history with other guests of broken items or missing items. I don't believe a 2 star review is an accurate representation of this property but I hope you enjoyed your stay regardless

Great place to stay, but they need to fix the hot tub
Publié le 15 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was a great place for our family. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels, well equipped kitchen. It was easy to get to the hill. Walking distance from the cross country ski area.
However, the communal hot tub was lukewarm, not hot at all. We were quite disappointed about this. Overall, I would recommend, but fix the hot tub!

Great quiet location close to free bus

Warm and spacious overall a very comfortable unit.

Very nice but too short 3 night stay at Treehouse #38.

Whistler family ski trip
Publié le 7 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayVery nice place! We enjoyed having us all together for dinners and board games, and of course skiing. The #5 shuttle stops right at the end of the driveway however it didn’t come as regularly as the schedule indicates. The owner answered our questions promptly and left a nice gift basket for us. Just a few minor complaints… there was only enough toilet paper and coffee filters for a few days (our stay was for 6 nights). There were several dogs in the complex and yet we weren’t allowed to bring our dog😔. Other than that our stay was wonderful.
