Hôtel bien situé qui aurait besoin de rénovation.
Publié le 2 oct. 2017 sur ExpediaQuoi que d’apparenxe un peu année 80, l’hotel est située dans une endroit parfait. Les lits pourrait être plis confortable mais sommes toutes, la grandeur des chambres compenses pour le reste!

Publié le 27 nov. 2014 sur HotelsTrès bon rapport qualité prix. On y retrouve une cuisine complète , table de cuisine et un foyer . Les deux point négatifs: le divan lit est d'un inconfort total et il devait installer des toiles ou rideaux opaques pour cacher les lumières des commerces avoisinants.

ALL the Whiski Jack booking staff and property management were EXCELLENT! Very caring and helpful in all requests always a pleasure talking to them! The lobby, elevators and floor areas need a “major" professionally cleaning!! replacing the carpet with something that could be washed clean would be good solution and make a huge difference with the first impression that was not good. Location was great and suite was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Yes, we would book with the great staff of Whiski Jack again. Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable.

In the heart of Whistler Village! Two bathrooms is a plus, no need to wait or share! The only issue was there is no air conditioner in the unit, and it got HOT. Keeping the windows open at night isn’t an option as Whistler Life is just below your room window. Plus, the loud hot tub on the patio (odd, I agree) is even louder when you have the slider open. I’m sure the place is great when it’s not warm outside. It did have a peculiar odor in the stairway from the main bedroom to the living space.

Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the central location and having two bathrooms. We are quite clear about the lack of air conditioning in this unit. New blinds are being installed this summer to help with light and temperature control. In the meantime, we recommend keeping blinds and windows closed during the day and opened at night. Great location in the heart of the village
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis little gem is tucked away in the heart of Whistler Village (our unit had a balcony view of the bridge and Cow’s ice cream). It can be a bit hard to find but the management team provided great directions. Check in was touchless and easy, we were always able to reach a live person for any special requests, and the unit had all the comforts of home.
Now for the cons:
No A/C - I personally enjoyed this and with windows open, fans going all was well.
Noise: being in the middle of everything you will hear music and revelers until 2 or 3 am. Didn’t bother us.
We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious rental in a great location. Shower was hot and powerful, kitchen was spotless.
Fun fact: our unit had a private hot tub and a massive shower with dual rainfall showerheads.

Loved my stay!

We loved the private hot tub. Location was amazing and very central in the village. Fridge didn’t seem to be working well so did not keep our food and drinks cold. There were also no extra pillows and comforter for the pull out couch.

We are usually able to help with a faulty fridge, so I hope that you contacted our team as soon as you noticed the issue. We provide sheets, a blanket and pillows for the sofabed in the closet - we do not provide a duvet. Again, we are always around and can deliver pillows, extra blankets as needed.
