Location was awesome. Property needed updating. The unit did have everything we needed. It took an hour to find the correct parking area. Instructions on where to park were not clear.

Great location and appreciated the full kitchen, laundry and parking convenient! The Sofabed needs a new mattress desperately and be warned if you are a light sleeper that unit isn't very soundproof. You can hear everything going on next door and outside.

it was right in the village, easy parking, and easy to check in a get to the room. next year I think i am going back to skiing here, and will probably stay here again

The deluxe bedroom suite was just as described and in a great central location. The instructions for the contactless checkin and check out is very clear and straightforward with no issues accessing the keys, unit and parking.

The room is tired and need of upgrading. Tub needs to be replaced, Food/ raw meat left in fridge from previous guest. Bathroom fixtures need to be replaced ,bathroom fan starts and stops by itself. Toilet runs on.

The tub is full of chips and stains. Counter tile in the kitchen was broken. The room is very noisy from the elevator and the night life outside. Had to call 4 times to get someone to help figure out the password for the wifi. The gentleman who came up to help with the wifi was very pleasant and helpful though.

Overall the property was well taken care of. I appreciated the free parking, the The whistler viilage was excellent in all ways. Just a few issues. I didn’t know it was a Murphy bed. The window was a triangle so the blind didn’t cover it. Only two luggage carts. So had to do without.
