Superbe emplacement

Bel endroit bien équipé, avec sa cour agréable avec sa petite piscine, son patio et son aménagement luxuriant. Situé à 2 minutes d'une superbe plage de sable blanc, aux eaux turquoises. Une plage pratiquement déserte et très propre, où il fait bon passer du bon temps relaxe! Endroit parfait pour de belles vacances relaxes!

Stay was good. Quiet. Property was advertised as a new build. uh...Ok. No beach chairs though which became very expensive to rent them. It cost us for 3 beach chairs for 4 days was $160.00 . There is absolutely no place on the island to rent them so don't try. We got a hold of a guy named Kevin who rented them to us. They were new but not good quality.

Great base for North Caicos

While this house is not on the beach, it's a short walk to beautiful and secluded beaches. We did not cook but found everything in the kitchen needed to prepare meals.

Great Locale
Publié le 8 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful get away during spring break. Close to everything on North Caicos. Beach is 3 minute walk and other beaches are close drives. The only thing we missed were beach chairs or loungers in the backyard but we know as we shopped for specific ithings it is difficult getting items on the island. Clean and private a perfect house with plunge pool to cool off in. And North Caicos has the kindest, people, beautiful scenery and less hustle bustle of Provo's. Perfect for reconnecting and rejuvenating!

Beautiful stay at a beautiful house on a beautiful island!
Publié le 26 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I had a wonderful stay at Empyrean Tangerine. The house is just esquisite inside! The beds were by far the most comfortable we have used in a while! Everything was in excellent working order. The TV was a bit difficult to figure out, but we got it in the end. The AC and fans kept the hose cool. The dipping pool was super cute and just enough to cool off. The area arou d the house is super private, even from the other Empyrean house. There is not an ocean view but the beach is leass than 5 minute walk down the lane.
We had a wonderful stay exploring the island while we had the chance. The house is very close to Big Josh's Bar and Grill and the Barracuda Beach Bar, as well as KJs Groceries. So, there are a lot of food options very close. North Caicos offers some of the most awesome views and hiking trails that I have seen. Unfortunately, we had to cur our stay short, but we really enjoyed our time there.

Vacation Stay
Publié le 9 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe initial encounter with the property manager was a bit rocky. She was alarmed when arriving at property as if she didn’t know we were coming. We had a mix up on the two properties on where we were supposed to stay as it was not clear in the booking. The house was nice but not for first timers, as it is remote. The house was clean, but a musty smell which cleared up as the stay went on. The backyard pool area had a picnic table, which was nice but after hours on the beach - it would have been nice to have a chair with a back. And there were 3 loungers by the pool but all broken.and unsafe to sit on. The property managers were somewhat responsive during the stay, but could have been better. It may have been from the initial arrival. There was no walk through with the house which most often is very helpful and would cut down on the interactions during the stay.

Upon arrival, the guest was confused as to which home they booked, when it states very clearly on the reservation "Empyrean Villas - Tangerine". Instead of reaching out for clarity, they helped themselves in and walked through BOTH homes. It was explained to the guests that check-in at the other home was due momentarily and the other guests were also entitled to walk into a pristine home. The "musty" smell is Clorox and hand sanitizer. We take great pride in keeping our homes Covid free and our guests safe. Not too long ago, we went through a major hurricane which damaged some of our outdoor furniture. As our homes are in North Caicos, it is not easy to get replacements at will. The property managers are the owners and were responsive to each and every inquiry that was made. We provide all our guests with a Welcome Email, which includes 2 Welcome Packets. One of those packets has extensive instructions on how to use the TV, the movie library and the safe. If those instructions would have been read, no walk-through would have been necessary. We value the privacy of all our guests on their vacation.

North Caicos Paradise

Perfectly sited for exploring N and Middle Caicos islands with snorkeling, pristine beaches and hiking Dina and Nestor were very responsive and helpful hosts who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable! Loved the deck and dipping pool. The kitchen is well laid out for cooking and the villa was quite private. This would be a great place for 2 families to rent with the adjacent villas.
