Avis Ocean Views, TropicalRetreat, Family, Multi Villa Property, Infinity Edge Pool

This was a very spacious and beautiful villa! We rented both houses and cabin so we had the entire property to ourselves. However, there were baby frogs, millipedes, and small lizards everywhere, mostly outside but some in the common areas and in some of the rooms. Maybe it was just that time of year for them but kinda creepy/yucky. The views were beautiful and I liked being away from the tourist areas and secluded. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Location, homes and views were great! Unfortunately there’s were some dishes that were in-usable in terms of cleanliness upon arrival and there were no sponges or cloths for us to clean with. Appliances are sub par but functional. There was a mistake in terms of the home being cleaned, although the owners did rectify the situation our first cleaning was only done the day before leaving. We needed to ask for towels to be changed. These are little things that many people expect at a luxury villa. Abby was great in terms of availability but could use a bit more knowledge of the property. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on pool lights, start certain appliances etc. Owners were extremely nice and helpful, although there are certain points of improvement I would recommend staying here if you want a nice calm, beautiful scenery. Our recent stay was a delightful experience overall, perfect for accommodating our large group (12 guests for a bachelorette party). The property has spacious rooms, great A/C, and ample common areas, including an infinity pool. It's an ideal choice for those planning to spend most of their time on-site, with just a few outings for activities like dining or visiting the beach. However, guests should be aware of the property's remote location, which can make it challenging to arrange transportation without a car. However, the kitchen could benefit from basic essentials like additional cutlery, salt, and pepper. One area for improvement is communication with the property manager. Despite receiving responses, her assistance in providing recommendations was limited, leaving us to navigate taxis and beach certain challenges independently (no beach or taxi recommendations). Overall, this VRBO offers a wonderful retreat for groups, but guests should be prepared to address transportation needs and consider alternative communication channels for assistance.
