Overnight in the Ponconos
Almost good, needs some work which construction was happening at 8pm as we were getting to our room. The tiles in our bathroom were loose, shower value was so loose I thought it was going to fall off (we had no hot water either). The bed was comfortable but we were missing an extra pillow which would have been nice. The bagels we had for breakfast were stale, but the rest of breakfast was good.

Not worth the money….dirty
Not worth the money. I had to clean the bathroom when we got there and remove people before us’ hair. The soap/lotion holder wasn't broken and falling of the wall. The bathtub was gross, and the water was backing up when I went to use it. And a bath mat wasn’t even given. The carpet had stains all over it and there was a musty smell to the room. The pool area had no towels and the hot tub had brown bubbles. And there was a party in the eatery area when we checked in at 3 and when we came back from dinner at 9, it still wasn’t cleaned up with the same balloons and trash sitting on the tables. The gentleman who checked us in was nice and the entrance was the nicest part of the hotel. Other than that, we were ripped off based on the price we paid. We stayed last year and it wasn’t this bad but it definitely has gone down hill. Won’t stay next year

The property was excellent the parking was excellent the gentleman at the front destiny was Vincent he did a excellent job making sure everyone was okay at breakfast and providing information around the hotel he did a excellent job with everybody he helped us and I witnessed him helping other people he is a great access for the Holiday inn to have more people like him make this world a much better place we will certainly come back and stay again it was a beautiful experience thank you

The breakfast was awful. Milk was bad and clumpy when poorer in my cereal, bagels were hard as rocks and coffee tasted like water. Staff was very nice, our room was practically on the side of the highway and could hear traffic all night

The property was good. The front desk check in folks were very welcoming and new the area well. All employees we came across were kind. I like that the hotel had an indoor pool and sauna, however, the pool was not in working order to use. The sauna was, which was nice. Also, the free breakfast was always good and appreciated. Thanks for the great service by the 2 gentlemen that were at the check in desk. Sorry I didn't jot down their names. Sat. 9/21, check out 9/23.

The facility and staff were really good. Service was excellent. The only thing that I did not like was the proximity to the highway, the rooms we had were very noisy.

Well , staff was all very nice, the hotel had some issues with their hot water turning off, it happened 2 times in 12 hours, and the rooms that are at the end of the hall ,seem to be by some loud humming , a bit difficult to sleep.
