Welcome to our cozy, nature-inspired home, nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountains. This beautifully renovated, two-bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome will provide the perfect Vermont get-away in the quaint New England Village of Quechee.

First Floor:
Upon entering the home with a keyless entry, you'll be welcomed with wood beams, a cozy electric fireplace, and a large smart TV.
The dining area seats 6 and is a perfect spot to share a meal after after a day of skiing, golfing or exploring.

Brew a fresh cup of Vermont Coffee at the coffee bar and prepare your favorite dish in the well-appointed kitchen with new stainless appliances.
A brand new, half bath is also on this level.

Second Floor.
Get a good night’s sleep in one of the two bedrooms .

BIRCH BEDROOM - sleeps 2:
Queen bed with new memory foam mattress, designated work area, full length mirror, closet with both hanging and shelves, bedside lamps with outlets, fan (for those who like white noise).

PINE BEDROOM - sleeps 4:
Queen Bed, Bunk Beds (2 twin), all with new memory foam mattresses, outlets near each bed, closet, full mirror, fan (for those who like white noise),

Full bath with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Whether you are looking for world-class skiing, mountain biking, top rated golf, exploring galleries, local shops, museums, or unique dining experiences, this is the place for you.

This home is part of the Quechee Lakes Association and offers two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland), skiing, tennis, paddle tennis, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental. Packages are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

NATURE INSPIRED:
We’ve incorporate the beautiful Vermont outdoors into the design of the home including - BIRCH and PINE-TREE bedrooms, both featuring hand painted tree walls.
- The vintage-OWL BATHROOM is inspired by the beautiful rescued owls located at the local VINS Center.
- VERMONT inspired art pieces are incorporated throughout the home giving it a true local experience.
-To provide an ultimate cozy space, we’ve added a fireplace, comfortable seating & a coffee bar ready for you to brew local Vermont coffee.

Nice decor, a lot of personal touches and thought put into making the stay here very nice. Id totally stay here again or refer others to stay here. Quiet and removed but very close to town, nature hikes, and quaint eateries and gift shops.

We stayed at this cute and well appointed cottage when dropping our son off to Dartmouth. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. It was a breeze to get laundry done in a laundromat right next door. You have to download an app for the laundry to work, but it was straightforward and the same app works at the Dartmouth dorms. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The property seemed to be newly renovated, clean with fresh sheets and working equipment. We had good fun and the property surrounding was quiet and very green. The only feedback is to reconsider the check out instructions the cleanup steps especially when the property charges additional cleaning fee.

Superb stay!
Our family of five (2 adults, 3 older kids/teens) thoroughly enjoyed our week at this charming townhome! The owners have covered every detail and then some in creating a warm and cozy retreat. This is a cute little place, decorated beautifully and the beds are comfy! We enjoyed our stay. The only things to be aware of are: the walls are very thin! We could hear everything from the neighbors. Also, I didn’t read carefully enough, the washer and dryer is located outside of the condo and are pay to use. Not a huge deal but I didn’t catch that when I booked it!

Perfect amenities
I spent just a few nights with my two young daughters and we loved our stay so much. We are quite familiar with the area and were delighted to be able to swim at Quechee Falls (about a 2 minute drive) this trip due to the dry season. Wanda and Eran keep this place so well stocked with good quality products, everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and throughout. The coffee bar was lovely and taken advantage of daily. My girls loved the game drawer as well as the tv of course during some of our down time. Wanda was immediately available for anything we needed and even in the 97 degree heat, the space stayed nice and cool. We'd love to come back in winter some time too! Highly recommend.

lovely comfortable two bedroom condo
This is a sweet convo with lovely views from all windows. There is a porch off the kitchen where you can sit and hear birds. Fragrant lilac as you come up the stairs to the door. Wanda was very easy to work with, friendly and available. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar, and in all, had a wonderful stay.

Welcoming, cozy, and clean
This place was just lovely for my weekend away. Soft linens on the bed, great couch to snuggle up and watch movies while it snowed (2 feet!) plus a yummy little box of Lake Champlain chocolates to welcome me! Every detail was considered, and when I messaged asking if there were candles and flashlights available ahead of the storm, I was answered back quickly saying yes, and when I got there, 3 jar candles and two flashlights along with a candle lighter were waiting for me on the dining room table. Thank you so much for the great weekend!

Lovely spot for a weekend getaway
Property was exactly as described, cozy and welcoming. Wanda provided us with very helpful restaurant information as well as other details about the area. The beginner skiers in my family loved the small, well run Ski Quechee area, very close by. For more advanced skiers, there are ample options in the area.

Lovely, cozy stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at Wanda and Eran's place! Everything was so well thought out. Kitchen was well-appointed and had everything you'd need to cook dinner. It was very well-located and easy to get to everything we wanted to do in the area. Their recommendations were great! Highly recommend Simon Pearce for a dining experience and a trip to the VINS Nature Center. Communication with the hosts was always very prompt. Home was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful short weekend in Vermont
We had a beautiful short weekend in Vermont at this property. The kitchen is delightful to cook in although it does need a cookie sheet. The back door needs a light, but I think they took care of that as it was out to be fixed. The coffee bar was delightful, and I used that every morning. I enjoyed the big table for dinners and stretching out on the couch with my whole family to watch a movie. It was a pleasant stay and the beds were very comfortable to slip into at the end of a long day of visiting Vermont. The location is ideal for getting to restaurants and sightseeing, and all the things you'd want to do in the area, yet it's close enough to go up and grab your student from Norwich for the weekend.
