Ocean view, modern recently outfitted 2 bed suite just steps to the White Rock beach and restaurants. This unit is licensed by the City of White Rock and complies with new provincial legislation. Level entry, no stairs. Unit has a full kitchen including dishwasher, quality cookware and fittings. There is in-suite laundry, one bathroom with a shower/tub. Heated polished concrete floors throughout, exposed engineered beams and open concept layout. In White Rock, 1 minute walk down the city stairs to beach. Dedicated driveway outside the door and is easiest with a small or medium vehicle. Bedroom one is larger and has a king sized bed and large closet. Bedroom two has two twin beds and a wardrobe. We can convert the two twins to a King-short upon advance request. Owners live in the upper unit of this home in case you need anything during your stay. Everyone is welcome in our home but please, no pets, parties, or smoking or drug use of any kind on the property. Reasonable tidiness during your stay is enormously appreciated. We pride ourselves in a well kept space. Our modest cleaning fee covers turnover/reset and not deep cleaning. Extra guests not noted in booking are not permitted. perfect stay in a perfect little spot
this is the perfect location and spot for a family of four with the two single beds and the king bed. kitchen is lovely and the furniture is comfortable and clean. the whole place is spotless and it really feels like the owners take great pride in their short term rental.

We had a great time at this rental! We were in the area for a concert, but extended the vacation so we could enjoy the area a bit too. Close proximity to the pier, Vancouver, Capilano suspension bridge, etc. The hosts were so kind and helpful, and the rental was beautiful and had all the amenities we could have needed. Loved it here and would definitely use again if in the area

Great location, hosts and amenities!
This place was lovely. Very attractive, quiet and clean with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. The location was fabulous, with ocean view and quick access to the beach by direct (many stairs) or indirect (via a gradually sloping street) routes. The hosts were very approachable and responded quickly to questions. The main bedroom is huge. The second bedroom is cramped for two adults and their belongings and there is no window. The bedroom doors have translucent glass, and there are glass windows at the tops of the walls between the bedrooms and the bathroom. This means that if lights are turned on in any of the rooms, it will brighten the other rooms, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light changes when you are asleep. We wanted to give this a 4.5 star rating (the only detriment being the size of the second bedroom) but that wasn’t an option.

Perfect White Rock stay
Could not have been happier with the place and location. The house itself is beautiful and clean, has everything possible you’d need. Easy to get to, easy to park, close to everything at the beach. The owners were lovely to deal with, and I just can’t say enough good things about it. It was the perfect place for me to stay after not being to my hometown in many many years. Will be back.

This was the perfect location for a long weekend stay. Stairs down to the water front right out side of the door. The home had everything in the kitchen we could have needed, though we didn’t cook during our stay! We will be keeping this property in mind for another stay in the future!

There were two of us. I was over 80 and my sister 78. We did not have a car and walked everywhere.
If you do not have a car at this age you needed to be fit and able to walk down to the Waterfront. A lot of hills!! However we just loved the area and it suited us Absolutely. We would definitely stay in This air B and B if we were in White Rock again.

Beach Bliss...
We were so pleased! The condo is pristine...so beautifully decorated and spotless...just right for kids and adults of all ages! The location was fabulous...so close to the lovely beach and pier and many fine restaurants! We felt so at home and will definitely book again for next summer! Perfect Beach Getaway – Highly Recommended!
