Another excellent stay

The nice lady who checked me in, made me feel very welcome. Very friendly. Upon check out the funny gentleman who I had a laugh with about technology these days. Thanks for the excellent breakfast and coffee.

I notice the small efforts that was put into making my room. How the towels were folded and how the toilet paper was folded into a diamond. I really appreciate the efforts of housekeeping. The bed was very comfortable. I'd stay here again. Check in and out; I was helped by two very well humoured people, which set the tone for the my stay. I always enjoy a good laugh after a long drive.

No coffee in the rooms. GROSS old mattresses. No fitted sheets. I got charged 18.50 for cleaning and they didn't even clean my room!!

Yes we have removed the coffee from the room to ensure that our guests have fresh hot coffee provided 24/7 in the breakfast area.The housekeeping is limited a one time (within 7 days, more upon request available) in an effort to have less of an impact on the environment.

I can see that you had a unpleasurable stay, however, I cannot see the exact reason why. We can not correct issues if we are not aware of them. If you can please let us know, we will strive to make things much better for all patrons.

Expedia needs the property to me more upfront about cleaning charges. They don't offer even basic cable, "free tubi movies" pre payed for one room then double charged for both. The room is loud with a fireplace heater that sounds like it's from the 1800s when it kicks on. It also appears that some of the long term renters have side bussiness being run out the back door.... I will never stay at a western budget Again, from check in on it felt like they wanted to find a way to keep a the deposit

We are aware that some of our fireplaces are loud, we remove those from service once known. Tubi is not a hotel service, but it is free, in all rooms. as for the housekeeping fee, we have implemented a procedure to ensure guests are aware upon check in of the fee and reason for.
