Haut de gamme
Publié le 30 août 2016 sur HotelsHébergement haut de gamme, intérieur en bois et feu de foyer à tous les soirs. Il y a un bar et un resto dans le lodge. L'ambiance est chaleureuse et calme. Je recommande!

Bel Hôtel

Station peu animée l'été pour trouver à manger le soir.Hotel de style montagnard, avec spa et salle de sport.avions pris une chambre familiale où il faisait très chaud car le temps était orageux. Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre plutôt que d'utiliser la clim.Petit dejeuner simple mais compris dans le prix, dans un espace réduit ( nous etions 6 personnes et pas de table assez grande)

The staff was super nice and the ski lodge atmosphere was fun. We would stay here again. We recomend it highly.

Great breakfast
Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI stayed on the 3rd floor. The room had a loft with a bed. It was wonderful to be able to spread out. Most hotel rooms are tiny. The breakfast was incredible.

Horrible front desk staff!!! Our room was on the top floor (3rd) with no elevator, and 7 flights of stairs from the parking lot. We did not know this prior to making the reservation. We had lots of luggage and are in our 60s. No help was offered (even though we saw a note once we hiked up to our room that help was available with luggage). We told the front desk gal (Greta) that this would be very difficult for us. Still no help offered. She laughed at us saying she didn't design the lodge. Staff would not budge on relocating us, telling us that's the room we booked. Tough. They could not care less. Plus, no AC in the loft portion of the room where we were sleeping, in the summertime. Super hot in the loft!! All beddings are winter beddings, with a wool blanket. Evidently no change made for summertime accommodations. Never again. Don't go there. The staff don't care about us. This is a winter lodge at a ski resort that charges a fortune for a top floor room with no elevator, and provides little to no service in the summertime. Unfriendly. They need to be reminded they are in the "hospitality" business.
