The front desk person gave my daughter the room cards but wrote the wrong room number on the envelope. She had to call the front desk to get the right room number. The keys in the village hot tub were not working. The boat house restaurant was tasty and good atmosphere. Staff were very nice. We enjoyed the spa with massages and facials which were very nice!

Beautiful lake but many of the rooms do not face the lake so beware when you book. During night, there were maybe plumbing sounds that kept me up.

Shower was 3x3 extremely small. Air conditioner didn’t work well.
