The staff was courteous and FRIENDLY, The extras that the hotel offered were far superior to most. I would HIGHLY recommend this Hotel. The room provided a coffee pot, Microwave,courtesy bottled water, a SUPERIOR complete breakfast daily, a desk computer in Lobby are a few of the regular things you would expect....

Fantastic service! Great stay in Whitefish!
Publié le 28 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived and checked into our room, and when we walked in, the room hadn't been cleaned yet. We went down to the front desk to let them know, and they immediately upgraded us to one of the suites. We really appreciated how they turned a potentially negative situation into a really pleasant stay! The suite is equipped with a fireplace, separate living room, full-size soaker tub, and a mini kitchen area (there is also a large deck, but the weather wasn't warm enough to use it). We had never been given a welcome gift before, and the mug and hand-warmers were an added bonus. They had a large variety of beverages available throughout the day, and the free breakfast had lots of choices. We would definitely stay here again! :D
