Hotel rénové, personnel sympathique, bon petit-déjeuner. La localisation prêt de l'autoroute ne gene pas.

We had to wash the floor ourselves in the entire room because it was so dirty. The reception gave us a cloth and disinfectant. Neighbors' doors slammed at 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. Neighbors in the room were yelling at each other at 4 a.m. The whole family did not sleep and was afraid. We notified reception and received no compensation. We weren't able to use the pool on Sunday evening there were around 100 people there with a mega party.

Semblait propre, mais forte odeur de vieille cigarette dans les corridors et la chambre était présente. Le personnel est gentil. Nous n'avons pas eu de couverture supplémentaire pour une 5e personne (aucune de disponible selon la dame à la réception) même si la réservation avait été faite correctement. Ils auraient également avantage à revoir la disposition de la machine pour les crêpes, cela occasionnait une file d'attente inutile au déjeuner.

At the time of booking, pets were allowed then sometime later the policy changed. After checking in we were bringing in our dog at which time we were told we couldn’t stay. We were told that our charge paid at time of booking would be refunded but none has been given. The Hotel was chaotic and some of the staff rather rude.
