Avis Luxury 4 Bedroom Oceanfront Villa

I would like to start off by saying that there is no perfect villa. However, the Seastone villa in Whitehouse, Westmoreland JA exceeded my expectations in several ways... Starting off with the management of the villa, the team that supported our group in terms of reservation questions, changes and planning our stay was very responsive and flexible per our needs. Compared to the nightmares of other vacation stays, this was a lesson in customer service for others to follow. During planned group trips such as ours, it was critical that the guests and the villa staff formed a good relationship from the start. And I must say on behalf of our group, the Seastone staff was exceptional. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and the villa was well prepared as one would expect. But over the course of the stay, strong bonds between our group and the Chef - Andre, the main housekeeper Ms. Paulette, Groundskeeper - Leon, and later Ms. Geraldine & Ms. Sandra were formed and most importantly made our trip all that more memorable. The food...what can I say about the food? Our group unanimously raved about the flavours of the food and every plate was licked clean - sometimes literally! Ask for Chef Andre...he will take care of your culinary needs. What doesn't make this villa perfect? As a personal preference, sleeping in late is a must on my vacations. But with the ceiling to floor windows and no window dressing we were forced to rise with the sun each day. There was also a minor inconvenience with laundry services being unavailable during our stay. All in all, this villa experience was unforgettable and we would recommend this stay to anyone

I want my review to be very informative and transparent so that others like myself are not alarmed when they stay at a property. I’ll start with the not so good stuff about my stay. I was not aware that the housekeeper would be living in the house as well. I assumed that the housekeeper would let us in the property and come in as needed. That was not the case. This kind of ruined our intimacy. I felt like we were walking on eggshells the first night because there was someone below us staying there. I felt like that should of been stated on the listing and also communicated well so no one is alarmed. My partner was not happy about that and we made the best of it. The pool had a lot of bugs in it and I wish it was cleaned throughout our stay to keep them out. Those two where the only downsides of this property. Our housekeeper was soooo sweet. I truly enjoyed her. Our chef (pops) was also very helpful. He’s like a father figure. We had a good time with him as well! This villa was absolutely stunning. The property was well kept and very clean. The food was amazing. I recommend asking for fried wings and try the lobster in pops famous sauce. Overall I would definitely come back. Just not as a couple trip. I think this is great for families or multiple people.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing! The villa was gorgeous, super clean, spacious, and check in was a breeze. We had the chef Pops make us breakfast and dinner and it was so good!! He was fun and good vibes overall. Would definitely recommend getting him to make you at least one thing while you're there. We also met Paulette who was very kind and helpful. I spent most of my time enjoying the salt water pool and the sunsets. Just couldn't get enough of that view! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
