11/10 this place is amazing! Of all the things in such an idyllic, serene, relaxing, secluded and beautiful place - the food was our highlight! Our activities focused around getting back for meals! Friendly and welcoming staff provided great service without being overbearing. We truly switched off for a few days and it was worth every cent.

Our stay at the Elysian was an unforgettable, all-inclusive, eco-friendly experience. Nestled on a pristine island, this hidden gem offers sustainable luxury surrounded by the best of what the Australia's Golden Coast nature has to offer.
We stayed in thoughtfully designed eco-bungalows with stunning water views of Paradise Bay. We enjoyed farm-to-table dining, relaxed by the excellent pool overlooking the water, and immersed in unique eco-friendly activities. One of our highlights was the island hike that took us to a hidden beach on the other side of Long island.
From guided snorkeling to kayaking to paddleboarding to sunrise yoga sessions, this eco-lodge offers something for everyone.
Thank you to ALL the fantastic staff at the Elysian that made our stayunforgetable.

Superb property in stunning location. Staff were amazing. Villas lovely. Only issue was getting there from airport. Expedia web site said 18 min drive implying you could get a taxi. But only options were helicopter or boat, and both were expensive and in addition to the holiday cost.

Beautiful place when you get there. The booking and transfers desk are atrocious and incompetent

Hi Paul, we are really disappointed to see this review. Your departure golf buggie transfer turned out poorly as the third party company we had recently partnered with went to the Mars charters office to collect you but you had already walked to the marina. We were confused why we did not receive a phone call from this company when they could not find you (at this stage you had already begun walking to the airport). This third party company expressed their remorse between the breakdown in communication with their staff member and us. Both companies have certainly learnt from this incident and have refined our practice together to ensure this does not happen again.We refunded the cost of these transfers and a spa treatment you had on the island as an apology.When I found out about the incident (as you had already arrived at the airport) I rang and spoke to your wife Georgina to sincerely apologise.At the time Georgina expressed what a wonderful 7 days you both had and noted on the staffs attentiveness, care and the food served. We wish yourself and Georgina all the best for the future.
