Superb property in stunning location. Staff were amazing. Villas lovely. Only issue was getting there from airport. Expedia web site said 18 min drive implying you could get a taxi. But only options were helicopter or boat, and both were expensive and in addition to the holiday cost.

Beautiful place when you get there. The booking and transfers desk are atrocious and incompetent

Hi Paul, we are really disappointed to see this review. Your departure golf buggie transfer turned out poorly as the third party company we had recently partnered with went to the Mars charters office to collect you but you had already walked to the marina. We were confused why we did not receive a phone call from this company when they could not find you (at this stage you had already begun walking to the airport). This third party company expressed their remorse between the breakdown in communication with their staff member and us. Both companies have certainly learnt from this incident and have refined our practice together to ensure this does not happen again.We refunded the cost of these transfers and a spa treatment you had on the island as an apology.When I found out about the incident (as you had already arrived at the airport) I rang and spoke to your wife Georgina to sincerely apologise.At the time Georgina expressed what a wonderful 7 days you both had and noted on the staffs attentiveness, care and the food served. We wish yourself and Georgina all the best for the future.

Lily and Charlie are fanatic staff members would highly recommend staying here!
Top job to the chief meals were wonderful.

Perfect little spot of heaven. The staff is absolutely wonderful and personable. They attend to everything. The food is delicious, the spa is great, and the rooms are beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. 💯 would never leave this resort if i could.

A very relaxed week spent here. Food was great, staff friendly and attended to our every need. We really felt spoiled and pampered. Our stay was in july and the pool was too cold for swimming as was the ocean ( for me )
Daily yoga, walks on the island and excursions filled our time. A must see is Whitehaven beach. A fantastic week.
