This stunning ground floor apartment has been completely renovated in a coastal modern style with a fresh, neutral colour palette. A Sydney based designer has assisted with the renovation to ensure a luxurious and appealing holiday home.
The elegant kitchen has new appliances, warm recessed lighting and ample storage space. The stunning open-plan living area offers seamless views from the kitchen, through the dining and stylish lounge areas, to the outdoor entertaining space and lawn.
For those needing to work remotely whilst on holiday, there is a desk area set up away from the common areas which allows you to get the work done whilst still taking in the breathtaking views.
This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor apartment is perfect for a large family seeking comfort and elegance. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom boasts a queen bed and a cozy single bed. An additional foam bed is available for a small child at an additional cost.
For larger groups or extended families, you have the unique ability to book side-by-side, ground floor apartments with Lagoon 005 & 006.

The beachy modern and comfortable atmosphere makes this the perfect home-away-from-home.
Bringing the little ones? A stroller, portacot, high chair and car seat are available in our baby essentials package for a small extra cost. Note all children under 4 years old must travel in a car seat in the golf buggy.

This property is in a fantastic location. We have stayed in similar, nearby, but not usually on the ground floor. We have really enjoyed the extra outdoor space by being downstairs. The apartment was extremely clean. Very very good.
