Magnificent accommodation and location

The furniture needs a very good clean
The cabinetry to the fridge is broken
There was no hot water available in the 2nd bedroom down stairs
Only one key between 4 people
The cleaning staff where great and so was the location and the view and that's where it ends, 1st impressions

I am sorry to read your review of 2 stars Clive due to a few minor inconveniences.
It was unfortunate the valet company did not have the record of your booking, but the place was prepared and ready for you by 3pm, 1 hour after the 2pm check in time. While I understand this is not ideal - mistakes do happen from time to time, and the bottle of champagne was dropped to you as a gesture for this.
With the cabinetry on the fridge we were awaiting on a joiner to come across from the mainland. The fridge door still opened and closed fine, it posed no problem with the operation of the fridge.
The previous guests had misplaced the 2nd property key, we got another key to you as soon as we could.
The hot water to the 2nd bedroom downstairs is the first I have heard of having an issue. I've had guests stay since and they haven't mentioned anything. It is all on one system so if that room wasn't working, the whole place wouldn't have been. All the same we will get this looked into by a plumber if needed.
I hope this provides some clarity for any future guests considering booking the Villa, as while these things may have been slightly inconvenient, I don't feel it justifies a 2 star rating.

Gorgeous stay in Hamilton Island

Brilliant property and stay!

Our extended family of seven adults and one baby were well accommodated and it had something for everyone - we even let everyone join us on our fabulous master suite balcony. I would recommend the property to anyone considering staying on Hamilton Island. Great for groups and families. The whole process from the beginning was so easy and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Just working out when we could come back!
