Beautiful Whittier Cabin

Absolutely Gorgeous

The owners Gail and Johannes thought of anything and everything someone would need for a home. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I wish i could give more than 5 stars. Definitely reccomend

Exquisite HOME AND OWNERS
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI don't know where to begin with our RAVE review about this home and the owners. The home is above and beyond on ALL levels. They supply you with so many extras! I've literally never stayed at such a place. The owners are so sweet and kind. We arrived during Hurricane Helene to no power. They had flashlights and water ready. They checked in on us and even came out during really bad weather. They were always quick to respond with any questions I had. Upon chatting with them, they make you feel like family not just a rental guest. There were snacks for the kids, tons of fun activities -like the large connect 4, to do while we waited for the storm to pass. Everything was so pristine - you would think it was a brand new home with all new items, just for you. It was a scary time but staying there you felt so safe. They really went above and beyond for us. I really hope we have the opportunity to stay there again. I really feel this was the BEST place we could have been during a REALLY BAD AND SAD time for Western Carolina. Our hearts go out to all of those effected.

It was such a pleasure Tina meeting you, your mother and your children. We are happy to hear everyone felt safe during the storm. It was a sad situation during Hurricane Helene, and I am thankful to our Heavenly Father keeping all of us safe. Our hearts go out to all families and communities affected by this terrible storm. While we could not physically help the devastated communities, we did help in other ways. We thank you and your mother for the sweet gift of coffee from Hawaii. We’ve had several cups already and it taste wonderful. And you’re right when you said in the Cabin Guest Manual review that when we have a cup of that delicious coffee… we will remember you and your family each time. Great Labor Day Stay!

Heaven on earth
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cabin is absolutely fantastic. It was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and all 6 of us were extremely comfortable. Sunsets on the front porch are great, long range views, and conversations around the fire pit are why we will all have fond memories of our stay here, we will be back.
The hot tub is an added bonus.
