Great location for a relaxing stay
Publié le 30 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was great, located on a huge property with room to spread out and explore! We thoroughly loved all the extras the kitchen provided and the hot tub was perfectly placed on the deck just off the side bathroom for ease!

Great Family Getaway
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe just left this house, I have to say I read reviews and was nervous about stuff being there so we took a ton based on one review. I have to say that had to be awhile ago because we had everything we needed! They even had a cabinet that had basic spices, flour, sugar, etc! They had a crockpot which my sister did use! The only one thing I would maybe bring would be a large pot to boil in if maybe you were doing a pot o chili or something. We had an age range 5-64. This place is truly a place to get away! Internet is great! TVs worked! Canoe available! Do take their advice and get everything you may need before you arrive, closest Walmart is about 35 minutes away, very close, but roads take a bit to travel on! Book this place for a true family vacation!

Cozy, remote mountain escape

Beautiful place
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is beautiful and a killer location right on the river, however there were a few issues we had while staying. The first was the cleanliness of the house. It wasn't terrible but it needed a deeper clean before we arrived. It seemed to have not been swept and there were fingernail clippings on the floor.
The other issues were mostly that the house was bare bones. There were no trash bags, no coffee filters, no soap in any showers, among other things that were listed as being included but were not there. Contacted host and they helped me try to look for all that was missing but wasn't able to find anything. Would be a great place just needs a little more attention.

Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay at the property was wonderful and relaxing. The home was lovely and views are beautiful, but the home could have been cleaner. Whoever has been doing the cleaning has not been doing a very good job, and its a shame

Charming and peaceful with breathtaking views
Publié le 30 août 2023 sur HomeAwayIn 2020, my family and I visited the same area in TN and my kids absolutely loved it there. Recently, they mentioned that they'd like to visit again, so we found this charming stay with breathtaking views that accommodated all of us - my two kids and three of their friends. The space was ample, allowing us to roam comfortably. Since we didn't require immediate access to the city, the peacefulness of the area was perfect. Charla, the owner, was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this place and we are already looking forward to our next visit.
