Came to town for a memorial, location was great. House was super clean; with a lot of cool things, like a museum. Host was very accommodating and communicated everything clearly. Was a breeze, we'll stay here again next time we come to town.

My first impression was about the neighborhood: tree-lined streets with well-established, nicely kept homes. As I pulled into the driveway I noticed the lovely green shrubs, plants and grassy area. After closing the gate behind me, I let the dogs out into the completely fenced area. And if you are wondering the fence is 8 feet tall except for the iron gate to the driveway. I guess it's about 5-6 feet tall. Stepping inside the home I began feeling like I was house-sitting and not entering a vacation rental. You could tell this home is well-loved and used by its owner. Everything you need is in the well-equipped, large kitchen. The bedrooms are very nice size and comfortable. If you love playing the piano, baby grand is waiting. Book reader? There is a nice library. Since I was visiting my son and his wife, I wasn't here for sightseeing or entertainment. He lives just 2 miles from this home so we were like neighbors. They came over and we chatted and cooked. I went to their home and we chatted and cooked. We had a lovely time together. Keep in mind this is AnyWhere, USA so you have all the restaurants you might be used to: Olive Garden, Cheddars, Jason's Deli, Smoothie King and much more. We went to a couple of these and had even more time to share. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area with your dogs, this would be my #1 choice. I WILL be back!

Absolutely charming house!
What an absolute delight it was to stay at this beautiful and charming house! It’s in a great area & neighborhood with a park right across the street! Centrally located to everything! The house had everything we needed plus so much more! Painos & harps added some musical fun to our stay! My 5 year old daughter can’t wait for piano lessons after staring in this home! My husband appreciated the desk and was able to do some work while we were here! My favorite room was definitely the sunroom! I enjoyed coffee in it every morning! Highly recommend!

The home was very inviting….from the musical instruments to the jacuzzi tub! The neighbors were hospitable and the park across the street was great for playing football and soccer with our grandchildren. Our host was gracious and quickly reminded when needed. The cottage would be great to stay on a rainy day!

Harp House
How often do you get to stay somewhere that has a HARP?? (Rachel actual has SEVERAL) We came in for a wedding and she was the one playing for it! We had no idea. It was a double bonus getting to meet her AND hear her play. Her house was very very clean and spacious. The photos don't do it justice. We highly recommend staying here. Also, the yard is safe and totally enclosed, if you have pets or small children.

Christmas gathering
My family came to WF to celebrate Christmas. After taking a ride on the Polar Bear express at MSU to look at Christmas lights, we sang carols at the house while my sister accompanied us on the beautiful baby grand piano. The lovely Christmas decorations in the home added to the festivities.

The Perfect Home!
This home and its owner could not have been more hospitable & accommodating and made the weekend of my 50th high school reunion even more special. The home was beautiful, all the amenities were perfect, wonderful location in the heart of the most established neighbors in Wichita Falls. I grew up there and returning home to stay in a hotel sounded bleak. When I saw this home and all it offered, it has spoiled me for every future stay. It felt like our home for the weekend and recommend highly!!

Quiet Retreat
My friend and I wanted a low-key get away to just relax, visit and catch up. We decided on a spot halfway between our two towns and we were lucky to find this lovely home in a very lovely neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly book this property again.

Perfect place!
We came down to visit our airman and absolutely loved this home! It is located in a very nice neighborhood and central to everything! We brought our 2 dogs so the park across the street was awesome. The home is exactly as described and very clean! Rachel was pleasant to work with and was very prompt in responding to anything we needed. Would recommend this home to anyone.

Weekend visit to my home town Wichita Falls
My wife and I were visiting my father for the weekend in my hometown of Wichita Falls. We absolutely loved the Berkley Bungalow! It is very charming and in a perfect location to everything. The owner, Rachel, was very pleasant in our communications. If you are spending any time in Wichita Falls, we highly recommend staying at the Berkley Bungalow.

Perfect for People and Pups
Rachel's historic home was located in a very nice neighborhood and was convenient to anything you could need. The fenced backyard was great for our 2 medium sized dogs to work off some energy built up from our long trip! Right across the street was a little neighborhood park where we were also able to take our dogs on walks. The home was quite charming and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have some alone time in the evenings. Mimi the kitty on the front porch was very sweet and always up for a petting session. We hope to visit our son at Sheppard AFB again soon and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect!
This house is not only quaint and beautiful it is also in a quiet neighborhood overlooking a park and is close to the university. It was the perfect place for my family to stay while we were visiting my daughter at college!
