When we got to our room around 11 pm, went to take a shower, dirty, used wash cloth left hanging on the shower curtain rod, long black hair on the shower wall and dirty spots on the shower curtain. Not CLEAN!!! Brought the issue to the employee’s attention the next morning and he informed we since we had booked 3rd party we were out of luck! Seriously????

Stayed on 9/26/2024. Clean newly renovated, smart TV, refrig and microwave. Sheets and bed were nice and new. Hotel lobby was nice organized and clean. Hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits, and gravy and cereal. Overall 5 Stars and recommended
