Hotel.com does not care

I get there is no refund status but if its because of the service or provider problems that should not be an issue. So we were stuck.. also the door to the room was off the hindge. Had to left up to even open or close the door. I have pictures to collaborate the issue as well. Will not recommend hotels.com again. We checked out a few hours later and went to another property.

We had a good stay but there were two problems:
1. The elevator was out of order. They fixed this by giving us a room on the first floor.
2. The room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 6:15pm so we couldn’t get the room next door to the rest of our party.

The elevator was broken. We had a room on the 3rd floor and their was no empty rooms. The stairwell was dirty and smelled of urine. Good point: I am 68 yrs old and Asa at the front desk carried our heaviest bag up for us.
We were put in a handicapped accessible room and not notified about before hand. The showers are uncomfortable to use and this one was not operating correctly.
The breakfast was edible but it was obvious that the coffee, juice and oatmeal were watered down.

Pros:Check in was fast and easy. Staff was efficient and pleasant enough. Room was very big and clean. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Convenient to shopping and walkable to restaurants. Plenty of parking close to hotel entrance.Cons: Pool was completely enclosed inside building and water was murky. Hot Tub did not work. Elevator out of order for months and no access for handicapped other than first floor. No outside space to sit.
