I checked in and paid online the previous day as requested to expedite my arrival. No one at front desk. Rang bell and then roamed property for assistance. Finally found someone to check me into a terrible room. Bad bed. Loud AC…checked VM after being on road 12 hrs to hear “I think you made a reservation with us but we can’t be able to provide a room with you.” I can’t believe you advertise this place. Disgusting and dirty.

This is very clearly a family owned operation that is striving to do better. The property is very old and shows wear and tear. The price was fair for the condition. We only needed to stop for a night to rest to get off the road and this hotel was adequate to meet that need.

Nice lady when checking in. The room, however, was not so nice. The doors in the rooms (entrance and bathroom) didn't shut or open easily, so you had to shove them with your shoulder. Once inside, there were multiple dead bugs on the floor in plain view. While functional, the room just didn't seem clean. Old screw holes in the living room and bathroom walls were unpatched and unpainted. Soaps were just dumped on the bathtub, but not one for the sink. While taking a shower, the water started fine and hot, and then during, it flashed to cold and then back to warm. On the bathroom ceiling, there was a lot of paint peeling off. The pool wasn't open and was empty, looking like it was getting some work done. I'm all for a cheap hotel, and am not bothered by a lot, but with all of this combined, I wouldn't go here again. However, the Mexican restaurant next door had quite tasty food.
