It was priced right for the purposes that we required. It was easily accessible. The employees that we interacted with were pleasant and helpful.

Rude Awakening

My room was not made. No bed made, no shower curtain, torn up chair. No coffee in room. No breakfast, only Hostess Donuts, in which you had to go to the desk and ask for.

The walls, carpet, beds, bathroom all in nice condition. Nice bathroom counter and modern faucet had wonderful water pressure. Mattress was comfortable. They use a basic metal bed frame that doesn't need a box springs and sets at a nice level off the ground. It is more efficient and a great idea for maintaining cleanliness. A/C worked great and room cooled off quickly. I am not sure the refrigerator is working properly I tried to adjust it but maybe I wasn't doing it correctly. It was off when I arrived. Which is understandable. I didn't have much to put in it. They do have a nice area for serving complementary breakfast. But are not able to do so because of current mandates of covid. Lobby was nice and clean. There was a pop machine and a snack machine available. I did not see an ice machine but I am guessing that has also been restricted.

I stayed here the weekend of August 1st. When I reserved online AND when I checked in, there was no mention of the breakfast bar being closed due to Covid-19. Thankfully, it is right next to a truck stop and we got our breakfast there. I also reserved a king bed and wand during check in was told I was getting a room with two queens...not a big deal, but not what I reserved. The lady told me that all of the king bed rooms had been spoken for..but why reserve that if it's not what I'm going to get? Overall, 4/5.
