Hotel management read please

Someone wrecked into my vehicle with a seemingly teal colored vehicle between 11 PM and 4 AM in the parking lot on December 30th , 6th parking spot from the door on my white nissian pathfinder platinum , damaging my car from the drivers mirror all the way to my bumper including dents and creases , I need help regarding the insurance claim .

Staff was absolutely terrific. Too few food options early in the week, especially for lunch. Couple of the restaurants were closed those days. Loved the breakfast, and coffee available in the lobby. And you could smell the cigarette smoke as soon as you walked in the door.

Smokey smelly room

The hotel and my non-smoking room smelled horribly like smoke. When we left our belongings even smelled like smoke. It was very disgusting. When I called the only thing they offered me was to bring me up a bottle of febreeze.

Nice Hotel

Very nice clean and comfortable hotel adjoining Kansas Star Casino. Nothing much around the hotel but it's a great place to stay.
