I would give this property a 5 star except for the following:
Manager Samantha is severely lacking in customer service and general ‘give a crap’ skills.
Our clock was on standard time and we used it for a wake up call ..this missing breakfast window. The front desk and her call and she said those clocks automatically reset —we said well it did not. Could we have some snack items since we missed breakfast. She said no bc we booked thru Travelocity —I said I think you could do something small for us bc this is a hotel issue. She said No—is there anything else (very dismissive).
I said I guess I’ll have to leave a review about my frustration and she said go ahead…is there anything else (just trying to get me off the phone). I said wow —so giving is a few snack items isn’t worth it for customer service to be bettter and avoid a bad review. She said no—-is there anything else ….
I said I guess not Samantha…
Super disappointing.
