Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was definitely a clean room. The closet was designed in a way where you could actually step into it to get ready, which was very useful. It also had great lighting, a full-length mirror and metal drawers, which were very clever.
However, the friendliness of the staff is what stood out to me. Literally from the moment we parked to our check-out we were greeted with friendly, helpful + warm staff members. There names were Robert + Kylar, I believe.

Good location for attending events downtown. Quit and we'll maintained rooms.

Minor issue satisfactorily resolved
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsGood experience. Only issue was inoperative room coffee maker. It was replaced in a timely manner.

Stayed for 1 night and even that was too long. Our TV didn’t work at all and the AC didn’t run, so the room stayed at a toasty 75. I didn’t bother calling because we were only staying for less than 12 hours. The staff were absolutely amazing though. Also our room did NOT HAVE A WINDOW. So it felt a bit psychiatric-ward like.
