Worn out family

We didn't arrive until 9am because of car trouble. They allowed us a late check out for 2 pm which allowed us time to sleep. We wil definitely stay there again.

Alie was amazing

Chiefs game! Great quiet hotel. Tall manager/desk clerk could have been a little more friendly, but the girl who checked us in was very nice. Alie made us coffee at 4:30 in the morning before leaving for Kansas City. So nice of him.

We got snowed in during our traveks and were very pleased to find this hotel at am affordable rate. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious and there was a comfy lobby to hang out in when the roads were too treacherous to go out on. They made it easy to extend our stay.

Everything was great except the “heated pool” was freezing. And the hot tub though warm, had a control that did not function and only one jet was partially working.

Bugs

We had a cockroach appear the following morning Friday and we immediately packed up and left. There was a booger smeared on the bathroom wall and cracker crumbs on the floor when we arrived but I didn’t say anything about the cracker or the booger. And Amy the manager was very rude to me saying they didn’t find a bug and offered me only 25 dollars off my stay then she got rude when I said that wasn’t good enough.
