We had our dog with us, and we’re assigned a room on the third floor. The dogs in the rooms next to us were constantly barking, so we requested a room on the other side of the pet friendly floor. The receptionist accommodated us, but I’ve never experienced Such loud barking in a hotel environment.

The staff was friendly, helpful, professional and pleasant. However, their sustem for check in was down when we arrived and delayed our check in. The manager was apologetic and offered drink coupons which was very nice. The room was fine, needs an update, the bathroom especially. The restaurant is under construction and the temporary restaurant is not great but I’m sure will be better when they re open. Cute dog park in the back, great pool and gym.

Room was clean. Had an issue with the toilet but staff was responsive. Good thing that was early because when we tried to get ahold of the front desk at 2am when our neighbors were loud we dialed every number but the restaurant and there was no answer. We were traveling from AZ to WI and had a 10 hour drive the next day and were up from 2am until 5 due to the noise from the loud neighbors and doors slamming with no support from staff asking to keep it down. Made for a restless night. Staff should have been available.
