Welcome to your vacation home where you can bring the whole family and friends to relax or entertain! This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that can sleep 13 people is the perfect choice for a memorable getaway.

Nestled in the center of west Wichita, you will be just minutes away from Oldtown, Intrust Bank arena, Sedgwick County Zoo, Tanganyika Zoo, Blast off Bay Water Park, and Genesis Sports Complex. Plus, if you are traveling it is only nine minutes from the airport!

As you step inside, you will be greeted by spacious living areas that have been designed for your group to relax and enjoy. Challenge someone to a game of pool, play games at the large game table, or relax in the living room with popcorn and a movie while enjoying a wood fire.

Your vacation home has plenty of kitchen space for making meals together. The bedrooms are comfortable for a good night's sleep. The kids will also love having their own area with 5 twin beds in the basement.

Fantastic Hosts! Great House!
I don’t think we’ve ever had more responsive hosts! And super easy to work with. We very much enjoyed everything about this house, especially the kitchen, game room and cute outdoor space. This location worked great for our needs to meet up with some extended family.

Everything you need, plus beautiful outdoor space.
This house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood, it has a lot of space and a wonderful kitchen. The Host is probably the easiest host I have dealt with. Her response time was always quick and she was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we need to be in Wichita. Very close to the Zoo.

Wonderful
We had a great time there together! The house is big and so well stocked! Everyone loved the hot tub and wood was even supplied for the fire pit. The rules were straightforward and every one of us were comfortable there. For a group of 10 adults plus kids, that’s pretty impressive! We won’t hesitate to stay there again if we need accommodations in Wichita! Thanks!

Wonderful weekend
The location was perfect and close to many stores that I needed. We stayed here with family from out of state. My husband and I were doing the meal for our son's wedding and the kitchen worked well for all of our prepping. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us plus three kids. The location was also pretty close to the wedding venue and the airport. We all had a great time!

Great stay for big fun family
We are a large family, both in numbers and size, coming in to celebrate a graduation from Wichita state. The property was very comfortable and spacious. It provided many activities to enjoy for all ages. We could all be together or break away as needed. I found the property well cared for, the backyard very comfortable, and the kitchen was great to work in with multiple people. Everyone in our group had a good time and thought it was a perfect fit for our needs. Property owners were responsive but we had little need to contact due to a great stay!
