Il s'agit d'appartements. Idéal pour se sentir chez soi. Prévoir le nécessaire pour cuisiner, à moins que tout se trouve à la réception (nous n'avons pas demandé). Tout est parfait. Un plus pour le personnel adorable avec une mention à Michèle-Renée.

Breakfast was a joke. Lots of people due to the concert the night before and they had not planned for it. You could order what you wanted but had to wait forever for it. They ran out of silverware and we were told they would bring to us when they got more. They did not bring it to us. They only brought 4 sets of silverware out and put in the basket and it was first come, first serve. If I had not been paying attention we would not have gotten silverware. They ran out of coffee and I had to request more to be made. The biscuits and gravy tasted awful. The tables were not being cleaned. We had to sit at a dirty table. All this could have been remedied with just having one more staff working. The two who were could not keep up but were trying too. They knew they had a full house so should have planned accordingly. Otherwise our stay was okay. Our room was clean and what we needed, staff was friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is about the soap in the bathroom. It was almost impossible to squeeze any out.

The stay was amazing! We didn’t have hot water for showering in the morning otherwise stay was great!!
