The Hesston location was very clean and the room was up-to-date. I did have an issue with the TV remote that the staff quickly corrected with new batteries.

The lobby was very welcoming and warm. The desk clerks were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean easy access would definitely go back again. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked wonderful. Very pleasant stay all in all.

Beds are great

The beds was great but the food for breakfast wasn't good, eggs were not done enough gravy was to thin, The desk cleark could be more friendly. the hot tub had kids in it and the water was so cloudy you couldnt see in the bottom of the hottub.gave some of us a rash. was over charged per my reservation by $10.00 dollars. They charged me for my Brother-in-laws reservation...

Property was very clean. The room was in great condition. We enjoyed the hot tub while it was 2degrees outside.

We are so sorry about your stay Donna however we have to verify the payment that means if the credit card is under someone else's name we need a credit auth form filled out if the person is not able to verify in person. We understand that it is frustrating at times but we have to follow our protocols to ensure we are not charging fraudulent credit cards. Its not fair to the hotel front desk agent when the guest just walks out cause they can't wait to get the Credit Card verified
