1 night trip passing through. Excellent value. Very clean and updated. Friendly people.

The first thing that happened was the the card reader for the room was not working so I was moved to a different room. The person at the front desk (sorry I forgot the name) was very helpful with getting that sorted out. The area does have a lot of food options so that guests don’t have to drive far. That hotel itself seemed okay but after reading reviews I was expecting more, especially with the breakfast. Pictures and reviews made it seem great so my expectations were high. There were a lot of options but the quality of the food was not great. The sandwich roll I got was stall and the eggs were bland.
The room was spacious but the walls are thin so I could hear people in the next room. I also did care for the bathroom sink being outside the bathroom. The other issue was that someone had left a small bag of garbage outside the door and it stayed there until I left.
One other downside was that the refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment. After traveling on the road it would be nice to have a freezer for the ice packs I put in the cooler.
If I stayed in Wichita again I may stay at this hotel if the rate was good enough but I would definitely look for other hotels.

We have stayed here a few times, and it’s been wonderful every time. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the rooms are immaculately clean and spacious, and the gym and pool are nice.
